Crynodeb
To provide day to day line management of a team of up to eight direct reports. Dealing with all management issues such as workload, performance, absence, annual leave, appraisals and all other HR issue which may arise Oversight of your teams responsibilities which include data entry, referral management, call handling, generic mailbox management. You will also support the SPA administrative duty function, which includes data validation.
