Summary

The post-holder will be expected to provide clinical advice and support to other services working with CYPs with an Eating Disorder across Sussex and to Children and Young People Services regarding patient care, ensuring consistency of approach across the Trust. The role is pivotal in continuing to develop the Children and Young Person's Eating Disorder service, which is Sussex wide service. You will be required to work alongside the leadership team with the Provider Collaborative and to work closely with the Tier 4 providers to identify suitable cases that could be "stepped down" and reduce their length of stay by attending the ITP. The post holder would join Steering Groups that provides direction around the following: Strategic development of the service Operational policies and procedures Resource management Prioritisation of access to services Governance Outcomes Cross Trust Issues Research and Development Training and Development Sussex Partnership is committed to people participation, meaning that we involve patients and their carers and supporters, in service decision-making and planning.
