Crynodeb
BSc Radiography or DCR (+ CPD/experience).Current HCPC registration. Entitled as Operator under IRMER (Ionising Radiation (medical exposure) Regulations). Have detailed evidence of appropriate ongoing professional development(professional portfolio). Perform all administrative tasks required, including data entry onto Radiology Information System (CRIS). Consistently demonstrate excellent communication abilities. Must have good interpersonal skills as they will have contact and working relationships with patients/public, a wide variety of staff, including all radiology personnel, medical staff, nurses, healthcare professionals,support staff, and visiting equipment engineers. In any booked or ad hoc list patients may be ambulant; wheel chair bound; or on a stretcher or bed. Transfer to a couch may be necessary.Use of a hoist may be necessary. Ability to prioritise workload coming in from wards, ED and ICU, whilst managing the outpatient bookings, and maintaining a professional working relationship with the referring clinicians from across the Trust Full Vacancy details can be found on the attached Job Description/Person Specification.
