Crynodeb
The post holder will participate in the delivery of high standards of care to patients and theirfamilies within Gynae Services. This will involve working in Gynae Outpatients in theColposcopy service.The post holder will have completed the necessary training to facilitate independentpractice as a Nurse Colposcopist.The post holder will participate in the clinic sessions within Gynae Outpatients, deliveringskilled nursing care and act as a patient advocate. Participate in clinic sessions within thegynaecology OutpatientsUndertake Colposcopy clinics and be able to assess, plan, implement, evaluate andprioritise patient care without supervision.To improve standards of care and promote a seamless service within the multidisciplinaryprofessional framework. This will be achieved through clinical practice, Colposcopymanagement, education, research and audit professional activities, considering directorateand corporate objectives and within clinical governance framework.Participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings for Colposcopy/Hysteroscopy
