Team Leader Van Driver - Sprinter

We are recruiting for a Team Leader Van Driver (Sprinter) - Multi Drop Driver based in Grays, Essex. This is a great opportunity for you to progress within an excellent family-run company.

Details of an Team Leader Van Driver - Sprinter:

  • Location: Grays, Essex
  • Start date: 5th January 2026
  • Start time: From 4:30am
  • Pay rate: £16.70 per hour
  • 45 hours per week plus optional overtime
  • Multi drop driving

Temporary role with potential for a permanent contract and long term stability.

Requirements of a Team Leader Van Driver - Sprinter

  • Experience of managing or leading a team in a similar driving role
  • Full driving licence required with no more than 6 points
  • Previous experience driving a Sprinter Van
  • Must be able to pass a DBS check
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
