Crynodeb
We are currently searching for a Staff Nurses/Operating Department Practitioner to join our experienced team for day and night rotation to ensure that an individual programme of care is planned, implemented and evaluated for each patient within own sphere of responsibility and to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care to the patients.
You must be a qualified, experienced RN/ODP preferably within an acute setting although this is not essential.
The Post Operation Ward spans four geographical areas of the hospital, including Main Recovery, Ophthalmology, Brachytherapy and the Day Stay Unit of which the successful candidate will be required to rotate.

• To provide and maintain high standards of patient care

• Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans, evaluating care given, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

Qualifications
Essential criteria• 1st level registration (RN) Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
Desirable criteria• Evidence of portfolio development.
Previous Experience
Essential criteria• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Desirable criteria• Previous experience of working within specialty area
