Summary

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Time Despatch Operators to join the production team at Harrier in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity to start immediately with full training provided. No previous experience is needed - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Duties
  • Collecting packages and mail sorting.

  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products.

  • Packing customer orders with care and accuracy.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

  • Positive, reliable, and team-orientated.

  • No previous experience required - full training provided.

Hours and Pay
  • Night shifts: 10:30pm-7am, Sunday to Thursday.

  • Pay: £14.65-£15.43 per hour (nights).

  • Enhanced overtime rates available.
