Crynodeb
You will be a fully qualified and registered GP, having maintained your position on a performer's list, a member of a recognised defence union (MPS/MDU) with a vocational training certificate or equivalent. You will work with our patients to drive the best outcome, encouraging healthy lifestyles and positive self-care in line with evidence-based practice, national/practice protocols, and within the scope of practice. You will abide by professional standards as regulated by the GMC and relevant legislation, NSF and NICE guidelines, and any other relevant bodies. You will contribute to team discussions and constructively challenge, helpingdevelop cohesive practice teams, sharing best practice and innovation. Undertake learning and communicate with us about your needs and clinical interests; we want to build your capability and develop your passions.
