Crynodeb
The Reception & Patient Services Supervisor supports the Operations Manager, Practice Manager, & GP Partners in all aspects of practice functionality, including patient services, premises management, health & safety, & team leadership. This role requires strong organisational & leadership skills, as the post-holder will lead the Reception & Administration teams, ensuring all duties are performed effectively & in line with CQC regulations. The post-holder will make day-to-day operational decisions within their areas of responsibility & provide support for service delivery across the practice. Flexibility in work patterns is required to manage staff appropriately, attend meetings, provide emergency cover & act as a point of contact for staff. The post-holder will also support the management team in promoting Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), Safety, Health, Environment & Fire (SHEF), quality & continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, & learning & development.
