Crynodeb
Conduct patient consultations (~25 patient contacts per session) for acute and chronic conditions. Undertake home visits for patients unable to attend the practice. Share on-call duties with other GPs as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. Prescribe medications safely and appropriately. Make referrals to secondary care or specialist services when necessary. Collaborate with the practice team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
