Acting as a visible, consistent presence on-site – offering reassurance and connection to residents
-
Promoting wellbeing and independence by being that vital, friendly point of contact
What we’re looking for:
-
Someone empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in the lives and needs of older people
-
A confident communicator who’s not afraid of difficult conversations
-
Self-motivated and flexible – able to manage your own workload effectively
-
Strong at influencing and building relationships, even in challenging situations
-
Experience working in a customer-focused role, ideally with older people
-
A good understanding of policies, procedures, and professional standards
What you’ll need:
