We are seeking a committed and passionate Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in supporting the operation, development, and high-quality care offered within our clients' children's residential home.
Main Duties
*Support the Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality services for young people.
*Build positive relationships and promote effective partnerships with staff, external agencies, and families.
*Ensure full compliance with Safeguarding Procedures, Health & Safety Regulations, and all company policies.
*Provide nurturing leadership that motivates and supports our children.
*Promote effective communication, manage children's development needs, and champion Equality & Diversity at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
*Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Childcare (or equivalent.
*Commitment to working towards the Level 5 qualification.
*Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
*Ability to provide professional references.
