Job Opportunity - Production Operative
Location: Rochdale

Type: Temp to Perm
Start: Jan 2026 - Temp to Perm

The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join the team our client in Rochdale.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in factory environments who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing quality results.

Main Duties:

  • Production tasks

  • Safe use of hand and power tools

  • Carrying out manual handling of products and materials

  • Assisting with general production, assembly, and labouring tasks

  • Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workspace

  • Following all Health & Safety and quality control procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

  • Confident and competent using hand tools, power tools.

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Hours of Work:

  • Mon - Friday : 8:00am - 4:30pm

  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 40 hours

Pay Rates:
  • Dependant on experience
