What We're Looking For
We are recruiting passionate, reliable individuals who can provide high-quality support to children and young people in residential settings. You must be confident in managing challenging behaviours and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Requirements:
- Team Teach training preferred (or equivalent positive behaviour support training)
- All mandatory training
- Enhanced DBS (child workforce) - on update service
- Minimum 6 months experience in a children's residential setting
