Join our Maidstone Mental Health Together Team.
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Part-Time Admin Assistant/Receptionist to provide critical administrative support that directly contributes to the smooth delivery of our vital mental health services. This is an opportunity to utilise your organisational ability
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with colleagues and clients in a friendly, polite manner. Previous relevant experience in a busy community setting would be an advantage.
The main duties will be
• Managing external telephone calls and providing reception cover at the front of house, ensuring a welcoming and reassuring first impression.
• Delivering responsive administrative support directly to the clinical team, enabling them to focus fully on client care.
• Accurately typing letters and managing the efficient booking of appointments to ensure clients receive timely access to services.
