Cleaning between 10.00am to 4pm
Communal Area cleaning only in residential property. No bedrooms, tenants may be present during clean.

Duties:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt and debris.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Skills:
Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Ability to drive is essential for travelling between different cleaning sites.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
