Are you passionate about helping people grow and thrive? We’re looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our team and play a key role in building capability across the Council during an exciting period of transformation.
In this role, you’ll:
• Design and deliver innovative learning solutions, from face-to-face workshops to engaging digital content.
• Use data and insight to identify skills gaps and measure impact.
• Coach managers and support cultural change to create a positive, high-performing workplace.
If you’re passionate about learning and development, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real difference by empowering staff to deliver excellent, customer-focused services, we would love to hear from you.
Please note: This role is primarily based at our Worksop offices, and we anticipate you’ll be onsite around 4 days per week to collaborate closely with managers and teams.
