This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join the University’s Academic Registry directorate.
About the role
Academic Registry’s primary function is to oversee and deliver a broad range of services which support and enhance the University’s academic mission, acting as a key enabler for the delivery of its Education and Student Experience Strategy.
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled Senior Programme Administrator to undertake a challenging and rewarding role within our Partnerships Operations team. You will lead a small sub-team of Programme Administrators who have responsibility for the entire student journey from enrolment to completion of study for our students studying for UoP awards at our UK and TNE partners.
This post will have a key role in managing and distributing workload amongst the team to successfully ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out within appropriate timeframes and to a high standard.
You will have:
• The ability to prioritise and self-manage, to work under pressure and deal with multiple demands
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of drawing on specialist knowledge to solve problem
For this role, you will need to be on site 2 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 2 years due to business demand.
