Property Manager - Exeter

Our clients are seeking a Property Manager to assist their Student Lettings Manager. As a Property Manager you will be working both in the office and around the area so will need to be a car owner with a driving licence. This role entails managing the properties and will involve carrying out Fire Risk Assessments and regular fire alarm testing.

Responsible for:

Dealing with telephone and email enquires
Carrying out viewing appointments, obtaining feedback and informing Landlords
Produce property details, updating website and updating property marketing list
Checking compliance certificates
Monthly fire alarm checks
Dealing with Landlords and Tenants
Fire Risk Assessments
End of tenancy checkouts
Renewal of all gas safety certificates

Working Hours:

8.45a.m-5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday,
9 a.m.-4 p.m. one Saturday in three, with winter hours being 9 a.m.-1.30 p.m. (no day off in lieu)
22 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays

Salary:

£26,500 -£30,000 per annum
