Summary

Revenue Pricing Manager - Remote or Office - Birmingham | Full-Time / Permanent


We are seeking a C&E Revenue Analyst Manager for The Lime Venues Portfolio.


Working Remotely, or within Birmingham Offices.


Overall Purpose of the Role :

  • Delivering and supporting Head of C&E sales and GMs to devise, deliver and report on the C&E annual sales budget and associated financial information.
  • Produce a predetermined MI pack on a weekly basis to provide each stadium and venue with a revenue meeting on Teams weekly
  • Host a 10am call daily to review business on the books with the senior team, ensuring consistency of data and auditing pricing.
  • Produce information by period on third party partners
  • Produce pace reports for the business to show pace for the 2 years rolling basis
  • Conduct competitor shop calls quarterly for each venue to ensure we are working with the most competitive pricing model
  • Work with the LVP environment and members supporting with shop calls, comp MI and industry intelligence as and when required.
  • Produce a dynamic pricing matrix by venue, managing black out dates, peaks, troughs and pricing banding for up to three years out.
  • Provide MI to aid the business to make informed decisions on a daily basis and by key revenue milestones such as Christmas, Mothering Sunday, World Cup etc.
  • Manage revenue management systems and pricing matrix, profitability model
  • Be involved in the revenue management of mobilising and demobilisation of new venues
  • Provide support to team members in understanding and working with your systems
  • Contribute to overall C&E segment strategy and growth.


Reports

Measures

  • Creation and leading in C&E sales budget preparation, rationale and in conjunction with General Managers
  • Provide a MI platform to report on sales, conversion, future BOB, meeting room occupancy, average enquiry value, venue conversion percentages, guest satisfaction scores and rolling headcount by function
  • Distribution of reactive sales reports as agreed on rolling basis
  • Provide access to venue pricing, value add pricing and strategy
  • Provide weekly information by customer to drive conversion and highlight lost, turned down and over aged prospect business for action.
  • Produce pace reports for the business to show pace for the 2 years rolling,
  • Provide MI to aid the business to make informed decisions regards to C&E to maximise sales.
  • Responsible for all pace and forecast reporting to the agreed process and standard.
  • Produce a monthly / quarterly deck for the business to assist in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Ensure each package / menu has a profitability spreadsheet

Standards

  • Responsible for the accurate reporting
  • Ensure all brand standards are maintained throughout all sales activity.

Mobilisation

  • Responsible for on boarding new sites from revenue management systems, venue knowledge, strategy and pricing, etc
  • Demobilisation spreadsheet to be maintained per site for mobilisation and demobilisation.
  • Ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date as required

Systems

  • Responsible for revenue systems used to maximum potential and recommend new systems as appropriate which will benefit the business
  • Budget frameworks in place for start of financial year
  • Sales budgets all signed off
  • All KPI’s documented
  • Sales reports in place
  • Sales targets achieved and Team have excellent product knowledge bank with ease of access

  • MI platform in place to clearly demonstrate client, customer, and revenue KPIs

  • Pace reports in place

  • Accurate MI in the business driving optimum profitability

  • Venues and Reactive Team can understand enquiry handling, their impact and strategy

  • Audit in place to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
