Are you reliable, hardworking, and seeking a stable, long-term contract to start in the New Year? We are looking for dedicated general labourers to join our team on a large construction project in the Alloa area.

The Role:

Working on a significant town centre development, your commitment will be vital to maintaining site efficiency and safety in a high-profile location. Duties will include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the entire site, including working areas and welfare facilities.
  • Assisting all trades (e.g., steel fixers, joiners, bricklayers) with tasks and material fetching.
  • Safe manual handling and transport of materials and tools across the site.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries carefully and efficiently.
  • Strict adherence to all site Health and Safety regulations, particularly in a busy urban setting.
Role Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a construction environment is highly desirable.
  • A valid CSCS Card is essential for site access.
  • Must be physically fit and capable of undertaking demanding manual work.
  • Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to the long-term duration of the contract.
  • Must have your own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
