ProProperty London (PPL) is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated, detail-focused Inventory Clerks to join our freelance network.
As a PPL clerk, you’ll be the trusted eyes and ears of leading estate agents. You’ll inspect rental properties, document condition accurately, and produce high-quality reports that help ensure transparent and smooth move-ins and move-outs.
If you enjoy being out on the road, meeting people, and taking pride in precise work, this flexible role offers genuine variety, independence, and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Freelance Inventory Clerk, you will:
Conduct detailed check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections
Produce clear, accurate written and photographic reports
Meet tenants, landlords, and agents — professionally representing PPL at all times
Identify maintenance issues and record any changes since previous inspections
Manage your own schedule and travel across London’s diverse neighbourhoods
Every property is different — and your reports play a key role in keeping the rental process running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Experienced in inventories or property management (training provided for strong candidates)
Presentable, punctual, and professional
Tech-confident, with a laptop/computer and reliable broadband
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Available on weekends
Comfortable travelling around London (Tube, train, bike, scooter — all welcome)
Covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance (required)
Energetic, proactive, and positive — we want people who deliver with a smile
