What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD, and other additional needs across the school
• Delivering tailored 1-2-1 and small group interventions, inside and outside the classroom

• Implementing EHCP strategies and working closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists
• Promoting emotional regulation, independence, and positive behaviour throughout the day
