Parts Supervisor required for Automotive Car Dealership Group, located in Bath.

The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £35,000.

The hours of work in this Parts Supervisor role are a 45-hour week – Monday to Friday. You’ll also be working 1-in-4 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Role Specification:

- A previous working experience within parts, ideally at a supervisory level.
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team

Responsibilities:

- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Dealing with car parts inquiries, from trade and retail customers through various contact methods.
- Overseeing the effective Supervision of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Supervisor you will be working closely with the Parts Manager
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
