Summary

As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm Highland welcome, deliver excellent communication, meet high visitor expectations, and stay calm and positive during busy peak-season volumes. Cash handling and touchscreen till use are key parts of the role, with full training provided so you feel confident and ready to support our visitors.

We are looking for a Ticket Office Assistant to join us and manage access for our visitors in a courteous manner during the season. We expect you to be a self-motivated, practical, and highly organised individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks and problem solve under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous till and cash handling experience in a busy environment, as well as excellent front of house and good presentation skills. This position will be full-time from 1st April to 15th October with some overtime on occasion. Onsite staff accommodation can be provided if required.
