The Role
You will work as part of an experienced early years team to create a nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your duties will include supporting children’s learning and development, delivering high-quality play-based activities, contributing to observations and assessments, and working closely with parents and carers.
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds an NNEB or equivalent childcare qualification
• Has experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting
• Demonstrates a warm, caring and child-centred approach
• Communicates clearly and positively with children, colleagues and families
• Works effectively as part of a team
• Is committed to safeguarding, equalities and high-quality early years practice
