What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and inspiring the EYFS team to deliver exceptional teaching and outcomes
• Driving an engaging, child-centred curriculum across Nursery and Reception
• Modelling outstanding practice, supporting colleagues, and raising attainment
• Collaborating with SLT to innovate in assessment, parental engagement, and transition
• Using data, research, and creativity to continually improve the EYFS offer

• UK-trained teacher with QTS and substantial EYFS classroom experience
• Proven track record of Good or Outstanding teaching and impact in early years
