What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning.
- Confident communication and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities that support children's development.
- Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that promote curiosity and independence.
- Mentor and support your room team, ensuring high-quality practice and positive interactions.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Oversee key person responsibilities, observations, and documentation.
