Work with the Production Manager to ensure that they adhere to all operational policies, procedures, schedules of work, safe systems of work, audit their implementation and ensure documentation is kept up to date in regard to their National Certificate of Professional Competence in National Haulage Licence (CPC). Review working practices regularly to respond to legislation, internal and external influences. Resolve a wide range of operational problems, which may arise within their daily duties whilst driving CPU Vehicles. Ensure that Driver works safely, and have the confidence and ability to respond appropriately to the many varied situations they encounter on a daily basis. To assist in preparation, processing, chilling or freezing of raw materials in accordance with the strict procedures, using sophisticated high-volume cooking and chilling/freezing equipment. To undertake various cleaning duties as detailed by the online Supervisor in line with Legislative requirements. Their role will require them to work or transport in two separate Units one of which is the production unit and the other being the working freezer unit, therefore will require them to walk from one to another. Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. This doesnt mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn't need to have skills in Welsh, we'll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates. This isnt fluency, just Speaking & Listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. Level 3 means basic conversations with patients about their everyday health.
