Family Solicitor (Part time) – 5PQE+

We’re supporting a well-regarded, long-standing practice in Whitley Bay as they look to bring in an experienced Family Solicitor on a part time basis (hours are flexible/to be discussed). This is a firm that values steady hands, clear judgement and genuine client care. If you’re after a role where you can get on with the work, maintain high standards and build lasting client relationships, this will suit you.
The Role:
- Handling a broad range of private family matters, including divorce, finances,
children, cohabitation and separation.
- Managing your own caseload of the full range of family matters.
- Working closely with a stable, supportive team that believes in doing things
properly.
- Playing a part in the continued growth of the department.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years’ PQE in family law.
- Confident, steady approach to complex work.
- Strong client-handling skills and a straightforward communication style.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the wider team.
- Business development skills.
