We are working with a well-established, community-focused housing organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Housing for an interim appointment. This senior leadership role will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management, factoring and welfare services, while driving performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary Housing Team
- Deliver excellent housing, allocations, estate management and factoring services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative standards
- Drive income maximisation, arrears management and void control
- Oversee customer engagement, complaints and satisfaction performance
- Contribute to strategy, business planning and performance reporting
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in housing management
- At least 3 years' management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to improve performance and customer-focused services
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex operational environment
Salary: £53'904- £61'598 DOE
