Your Pay rate as full time work Co-ordinator:
You will be paid £12.21
Typical working hours as a full time Work Co-ordinator:
5 days a week from 08:30 until 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute logo requests to Digitising Team members. Assessing requests in order to allocate to the most appropriate team member.
- Process urgent requests where these would be missed systemically.
- Identify any duplicate requests or emails and take relevant action
- Identify and escalate any customer complaints to Team Leader
- Proactively contact internal customers to reduce delays with order processing
- Provide administration support to the Digitising and Customer Service teams to ensure the smooth operation of the processes.
- Ensure the operation key performance indicators (KPI's) are recorded promptly.
- Take a lead in monitoring and co-ordinating 5S and quality departmental inspections. Develop a plan to address any actions required.
- Maintain and report on the team's standard operation procedures (SOP's) and training matrix ensuring all data is up to date.
- Develop good working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure good two way communication
- Maintain all Digitising daily and monthly reports
Knowledge & Experience:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and problem solving skills
- Good telephone manner
- Good verbal and written English
- Proficient with MS word, excel and outlook
- Wilcom embroidery software training will be provided
- Attention to detail
