Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with various departments to gain deep insights into our products, services, and target customer segments, and clearly define marketing needs and objectives.
Conduct market research to gather and analyse consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Based on research findings, propose actionable recommendations for optimising product pricing, promotional campaigns, and overall brand image.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu), email marketing, and local online promotions.
Work effectively with advertising and design teams by clearly communicating marketing goals, monitoring campaign progress, and making timely adjustments based on performance.
Continuously track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to support business growth and enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 1 - 2 years of marketing experience in FMCG, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Familiarity with mainstream digital marketing tools and social media platforms, along with strong content creation and basic data analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A keen understanding of the local community, with the ability to create authentic, engaging brand experiences that bridge online and offline channels.
