About The Role
The Innovation Academy offers educational, research and professional learning opportunities that support innovation-led transformation across public, private and third-sector organisations.
This role will be pivotal to maintaining and expanding the reach, impact, and sustainability of the Innovation Intensive Learning Academy, Agor Innovation and its associated programmes.
This role will be critical in ensuring that the All-Wales Academy for Innovation in Health and Social Care Management ILA in the Innovation Academy is successfully sustained. Working with the Director of Innovation ILA and wider Innovation Academy Team, the entails direct delivery of existing learning and teaching programmes, both external and internal, in addition to development of future offerings.
The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in the development and delivery of client-facing learning and teaching activities in addition to being responsible for developing new educational offerings. In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to the Innovation ILA’s wider programme of activities to promote and sustain the Innovation Academy’s educational and professional learning portfolio and research.
The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, emotional intelligence, exemplary communication skills, strong attention to detail, political awareness and the ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
The role operates in an environment where diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion are paramount, requiring sound judgement about the appropriate course of action. The workload is varied, challenging and stimulating, requiring personal organisation, flexibility and an ability to work to deadlines.
