We are now looking for a motivated Gardener Assistant to join our team.
As a Gardener Assistant, you will support our lead gardeners in maintaining gardens, landscapes, and outdoor areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn more about gardening and landscaping.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and general plant care
• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and leaf collection
• Help with soil preparation, mulching, and composting
• Remove weeds and manage pest control under supervision
• Operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and work areas
• Support the team with additional outdoor tasks as needed

• Previous gardening or landscaping experience is helpful but not required
