Crynodeb
Assist with delivery of care to patients who are under the locality team , which would include wound care, phlebotomy, covering SPOC, catheter care, general observations, weight supporting qualified staff, ordering of stock and assisting with stock rotation of dressings. Planning own workload with the locality team ensuring timely patient intervention. Ensure accurate and effective records are kept. Assist in maintaining any schedules, appointments, clinics and visiting schedules as and when required. This post will be based in one of the community locality teams with an expectation that the post holder may be asked to cover as part of the wider team in another location. This post is to cover an 8am until 8.00pm 7 day service where weekend and evening work will be required.
