About the Role:
We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join the team. The role will involve working predominantly on a 1:1 basis with pupils, offering personalised guidance and support. You will also assist in classroom-based activities, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 support to pupils with varied educational needs.
- Assist teachers in classroom settings, supporting group learning and behaviour management.
- Encourage positive engagement and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Monitor progress and adapt support strategies as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils.
- Flexible and proactive approach to working across different learning environments.
