This role will also involve attending and supporting events, which may require evening or occasional weekend work.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic tone suited to patient content
- A positive, flexible approach with a willingness to learn

- Confidence working with clinicians and operational teams to gather accurate information
- High attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality when handling patient stories
Desirable skills:

- An interest in digital marketing, SEO and analytics
Why Join Us?
