Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
• Have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar supervisory or duty management role
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Be reliable, proactive, and keen to learn
• Lead by example and maintain high standards across all departments
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth daily running of the hotel and uphold consistently high standards
• Create a positive working environment, motivating and supporting staff
• Look for every opportunity to maximise sales through effective promotion and upselling
• Work within departmental budgets, maintaining control over stock, costs, and expenditure
