We’re urgently looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join a friendly, supportive, and fast-paced team in Grantham. As a key member of the customer service function, you’ll ensure clients receive a smooth, high-quality experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new customers to managing daily enquiries and bookings, you’ll be at the centre of keeping everything running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining service databases.


  • Liaising with partners and suppliers to coordinate service delivery.


  • Producing customer reports and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.


  • Setting up new contracts and accurately managing customer records.


  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.


  • Organising and managing bookings using internal systems.


  • Working closely with operations, sales, commercial, IT, and finance teams.


  • Updating portals and systems with accurate data for reporting.


  • Assisting with training and supporting new team members when required.


    About You – What We’re Looking For

    Essential:

    • Previous experience in customer service or an administrative environment.


    • Confident using internal systems, databases, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).


    • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.


    • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer interaction.


    • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.


    • A positive, reliable team player who’s equally comfortable working independently.
