What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care (or above).
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely person-centred approach.
- Experience supporting older adults or those with higher care needs.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, person-centred care to older adults, supporting their daily needs and wellbeing.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through excellent communication.
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and meaningful activities.
- Work alongside nurses and senior carers to maintain high care standards.
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for everyone.
