We’re seeking a proactive and organised Administrator / Secretary to support our Specialist Psychotherapies Service and Compassionate Mind Training team. This split-role offers variety and impact, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across two dynamic services.
What we’re looking for:
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Admin/Customer Care
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and minute-taking ability
• Experience in a secretarial role, ideally within healthcare
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:
• Manage correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate appointments, diaries, and team communications
• Maintain accurate data on RIO and other relevant systems
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
