Summary
School caretaker required to join an established cleaning company.
Do you have a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work? The role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills are required, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
Duties will include ensuring the building and grounds are safe, clean and well maintained. Monitor and maintain site systems, access control to the premises, minor repair work and the cleaning of communal spaces, offices, classrooms, restrooms, emptying bins and waste disposal and cleaning windows and floors. Some out of hours callouts may be required.
This is a school term time only position, Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon hours available.
