As as Business & Finance Coordinator you will work in a small team, where no two days are the same. You will be expected to provide effective support to the finance department using a business software application.

Key Objectives:
1. Bookkeeping and digital record filing.
2. Setting up payments to ensure all invoices and expenses are paid in a timely manner.
3. Communicating with suppliers and customers as necessary.
4. Payroll preparation

Responsibilities:
Maintain data collection systems for Finance.
· General accounts and bookkeeping
· VAT – including partial exemption VAT returns.
· Payroll

Qualifications
Level 3 AAT or equivalent or willing to work towards ✓
Literacy/Numeracy level 2 or equivalent ✓

Skills and Experience
Excellent knowledge of Xero ✓
2 years’ experience of bookkeeping & accounts ✓
Experience of partial exemption VAT returns ✓
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ICT systems ✓
Ability to meet legal requirements, with a current understanding of
HMRC and legislative requirements ✓
Excellent presentation and communication skills ✓
