ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of care to vulnerable patients. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with all their personal needs, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times Ensure documentation is completed in a timely fashion, reflecting the care delivered and escalate concerns regarding a patients health and wellbeing to the nurse in charge at the earliest possible opportunity Be friendly, kind and compassionate towards patients, relatives, visitors, and colleagues, respecting the dignity and individuality of each patient
