About The Role
Join Us as a Faculty Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: London or Birmingham
Working Style: Hybrid (1 day per week on campus)
Contract: 12-month fixed-term maternity cover
Are you highly organised with a passion for supporting education? At QA Higher Education, we’re dedicated to delivering an exceptional student experience—and that starts with our people. We’re looking for a Faculty Administrator to provide vital academic administration support and help keep our programmes running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide efficient administrative support for Business and Computing programmes.
- Act as the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Champion, supporting and training academic teams.
- Coordinate key academic processes including mark input, moderation packs, and Examination Board preparation.
- Manage resit and retake processes and maintain accurate records.
- Support academic misconduct processes and student queries.
- Collaborate with academic teams and university partners to ensure seamless operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong administration experience—ideally within the education sector, or excellent transferable skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage complex workloads and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
