Summary

We are currently looking to recruit an additional team member for our Bookings Team, based at our FordStore Head Office in Norwich.

The key elements of the role are:

Handling all inbound booking calls from our customers
Making outbound calls, advising customers of servicing, MOT and other work due on their vehicles
Actioning website, live chat, email and manufacturer leads enquiries
Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Keyloop


Skills required:



Excellent customer service – our customers come first in all that we do!
Excellent phone manner and communication skills – we want our customers to hear you smiling at the other end of the phone!
Administration experience – we use Keyloop (CRM system) and all the usual Microsoft products.
Motivated, enthusiastic and fun-loving - to fit in well with the rest of the team!
Call centre experience – great but not essential as we are more than happy to provide full training for the right person
