Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commissioning Officer to join our dynamic team at Grade 4 level. As a Commissioning Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and administration of our commissioning processes. This position requires a deep understanding of project management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in order to uphold the standards expected by our organization and stakeholders. Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the commissioning processes for various projects.
Develop and implement commissioning plans and strategies in collaboration with project teams.
Conduct thorough evaluations of commissioning documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Facilitate and participate in meetings with stakeholders to communicate commissioning goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding commissioning status.
Identify and mitigate potential risks during the commissioning process to avoid project delays.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all commissioning activities, findings, and outcomes for auditing purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning or project management roles.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to commissioning processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking progress and documentation.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges during the commissioning process.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
