About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Mobile Area Supervisor to join our team in the Edinburgh / Glasgow area. This permanent, full-time role involves overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning teams across various sites within your designated area.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, assess cleaning needs, and resolve any issues.
- Ensure tasks are completed within the allocated time frame and meet company standards.
- Manage inventory on each site, ensuring that cleaning supplies are appropriately stocked and used efficiently.
- Support the training and development of the cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in facilities management or cleaning services is preferred.
- Full, clean driving license (company van provided).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
