Job Summary
Kenect Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our client's team in Dunblane area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in creating a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights as necessary for cleaning tasks
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and contributing to a positive work environment
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
Hours
- Immediate start
- Mon 16:30-21:00, Tue OFF, Wed 16:30-21:00, Thurs 12:00-14:00, Fri 12:00-1400, Sat 12:00-14:00, Sun 15:30-19:30
- 21.5 hours per week
- £12.21 per hour, paid weekly, PAYE
